Made it through my nights on 🙂  Now two off!

Cheeseburger salad tonight…always a favorite.

Then we headed to the gym to have a meeting with a personal trainer who was supposed to show us how to use the weight machines at the gym.

Let’s just say, it was a bit of a frustrating meeting.

She spent a lot of time kind of telling us how she likes to do her workouts, what machines she prefers, how high we should be getting our heart rate…I don’t know, acting as if we don’t know ANYTHING about the gym and working out (especially with weight machines) — when we specifically told her that we DID know about weight machines, we’ve been to many other gyms, but we just needed to know how to adjust the machines here.

We thought we were going to be getting through the lower AND upper body weight machines but she says she usually splits it into TWO sessions…sigh.  I DO still want to know how to properly set up the machines so I guess I’ll have to suffer through one more session.

My knee is a little sore tonight.  I’m going to have to look up some stretching and strengthening exercises for it.  DARN KNEE!

Now time for some House and a snack.
