OMG — I was SO glad to get home this morning. I was EXHAUSTED last night. Seriously, I had to eat just to keep awake. The No-Doze seemed to do nothing!
When I hit the pillow I was out like a light.
I woke up and of course was still tired but I was determined not to waste my ONE day off. We headed to the gym and of course I was completely not motivated to work out (probably just from being tired) but by the time my workout was done I was feeling SO MUCH BETTER. It is true what they say — exercise endorphins are the most under-utilized form of anti-depressants! We took Izzy on a walk when we got home and then after showers we finally ate!
The rest of the night was pure relaxation — reading, cross stitch, watching House, and of course some ice cream (I mean it is a holiday weekend!!!)
