The first of our holiday traditions: Chex Mix

Tuesday, November 22, 2016

My second night of work was not bad…again, busy, but not horrible.

I came home and headed straight for bed.  Kimm did some errands today.

When I woke up it was time for making dinner — simple tonight because it was leftover mac and cheese with tator tots.  Yumm.

Then after dinner Kimm and I worked on making Chex Mix — it’s a holiday tradition for us 🙂  There is NOTHING like the taste of homemade Chex Mix.  So much better than store bought.

The entire house smells so good right now.  I can’t wait to eat some tonight.

As soon as it’s out of the oven (probably 5 minutes) then I’m up to do some yoga and then a shower!  Only two more nights and then it is THANKSGIVING!!!
