Here I am…done with all the Thanksgiving Day meal prep on our end.
As a team, Kimm and I made cranberry sauce, butter and brown sugar carrots, green bean casserole, and buttered peas. The kitchen smelled wonderful.
I cannot wait to eat tomorrow!
But HOW, HOW, HOW can it be Thanksgiving already????
Third day of work on was pretty good…busy again — IMC had 38 patients…!!!!
Tonight is my last night on!!
I am HOPING (fingers crossed) that a lot of patients got discharged and that it will be a fairly simple night for most everyone working 🙂
