Halfway there…

Made it through my first night on.  I was SO TIRED.

So glad to get home and hop into bed.  Felt SOO SOO good.

Up for a simple meal of pierogies and broccoli…love.

A walk after dinner, a shower, and another nap.  I’m LOVING these before work naps lately.

Only one more on.

~~it is important to remember SELF CARE

~~purusartha are the four aims of life — they include dharma (the active observance of spiritual discipline), artha (creating a life in balance with work, family, money, etc…a physical balance, versus a spiritual one), kama (enjoyment of the fruits of one’s labors), and moksa (liberation…surrendering the fruits of our labors to the Universe)

Things making me happy today: my spoonful of peanut butter before bed, always having a good meal to eat and ENOUGH to eat, orange sunset, reading!!
